Join us in Greenfield for Sat afternoon backgammon! This week we're going to try something a little different for those with a bit of a competitive streak!
A few weeks ago we tried an impromptu, inexpensive tournament and people really liked it. This week we’ll do a planned, inexpensive tournament.
Of course, don’t stay away if you favor a more casual experience. That is always ok here!
So for the first Steel City Simple & Fun Tournament, here’s the deal:
- 7-point matches
- Single elimination
- $20 entry, 100% return (please bring cash)
- Minimum 4 players. No maximum. Winner-take-all for 4 players, pays 1st and 2nd for > 4 players.
- Registration 1:15, play starts 1:30
- Social BG also available for anyone
Update
We had 11 players compete in our Simple & Fun Tournament! Congratulations to Steve Grund, who took 1st place, and Ken Lazar, 2nd place. It was so much fun!
We’ll do it again but not next week.
